Residential & Light Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our Lincoln, NE team. This full-time role focuses on generating new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting roofing projects from initial consultation through signed contracts. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will identify leads, meet with homeowners and property owners, provide accurate estimates, and ensure smooth coordination with production teams. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage roofing sales leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and proactive outreach in Lincoln, NE
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs and project scope
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential and light commercial roofing projects
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff
• Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, estimates, and customer interactions

• Experience in roofing, construction sales, or in-home residential sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads, opportunities, and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Base salary: $60,000 – $100,000 annually, plus commission and performance incentives
