Here at Community House Mental Health Agency, we strive to provide a supportive family atmosphere in Seattle and King County for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Each person who walks through our door has a unique story, and we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued.

Within our Diversion Services is the Outpatient Competency Restoration Program, better known as our OCRP team. The OCRP program moves individuals from local jails or restoration centers into community-based services and aims to address the individual’s barriers to competency. Their services in social skills, behavioral health, and education on the legal process are designed for the individual to reach the point where they can participate in their own defense.
This program works closely with the Health Care Authority and DSHS Forensic Navigators.

Our Diversion Services here at CHMHA has a fantastic opening for an OCRP Residential Case Manager.

Our OCRP Case Manager will work as part of the OCRP team to adults in our transitional supported housing who have been deemed not competent to stand trial. Residential Case Managers will use our guiding principles of housing first to help our clients build sustainable and community-based support networks.

At Community House, we value a strong work-life balance and aim to provide the best support for our workers. As a CHMHA employee, you will have access to a range of unique benefits, such as company-paid medical/dental/vision/disability insurance, a 403B retirement plan with employer match, continuing education credit, a personal unlimited ORCA card, and an employee assistance program with financial, mental, and legal assistance.
