Job Description - Residential Cleaner

About the Role:

Join Flourish Power Battery Works as a Residential Cleaner, where you'll play a vital role in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients. We are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists for consistency.

Adapt to varying cleaning tasks based on client needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Willingness to undergo background checks as needed.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
