ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a candidate for a luxury high-rise residential community. The right candidate will be someone who can exemplify a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining communication with all departments and residents to ensure the highest levels of service. The position requires a professional business dress code at all times. We are a community that is committed to the highest standards while enjoying what we do.

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome all resident(s) guest(s) vendor(s) and client(s) with a warm, professional demeanor
• Always adhere to proper protocols when checking in visitors to ensure the privacy and safety of the community at all times while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Receive and log packages, mail, and deliveries to ensure accuracy, transparency, and clear communication
• Adhere to proper protocol when assisting with community amenity reservations and services
• Promptly notify maintenance of any issues in a timely manner 
• Follow all emergency protocols at all times
• Willingness to assist other team members as needed
• Commit to being updated on the local area to help properly assist our resident(s) and guest(s) with restaurant and entertainment requests. 
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Able to adjust to the business needs and additional job duties, as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 

High school diploma or equivalent 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

• Physical demands include the ability to lift 30-50lbs.
• Standing, sitting, and walking.
• Ability to work at a personal computer, as well as talking on the phone, for extended periods of time.
• Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building as required to meet job functions.
• Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required by coverage necessary for the building,
• Ability to respond to emergencies promptly.
• Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information using both spoken and written word.
