Residential Concierge - Rapid Progression

A company in Birmingham is seeking a part time Residential Concierge to join their team!

Pay range is expected to start between $20 and $25/hour in relation to experience.

Working hours are flexible shifts either 6AM to 2PM, or 2PM to 10PM Monday through Friday. Approximately 16 to 20 hours per week.

Qualified Residential Concierge's will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experience:

• 2-3+ years of recent administrative experience in high-level service fields such as resident management is essential
• Individual must demonstrate professional appearance, confidence, and an enthusiasm for assisting others
• Developing professional contacts and knowledge of local Birmingham area activities and entertainment to share with residents 
• Executive assistant scheduling experience is a strong benefit
• Strong competence using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential
• Experience being the face, or first point of contact, for the company in general
• Receptionist experience is essential
• Must be able to complete pre-hire checks, background check, drug screen, references, and etc.
