Position Overview:

The Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process for High End Custom Residential projects. This position works closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the construction process from concept to completion for High End Custom Residential projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Maintain communication with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.
Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Analyze and address any construction issues that arise and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the client.
Ensure all projects are completed within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
