Residential Construction Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential construction projects from pricing through completion. This role blends accurate estimating with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and budgets for residential builds and renovations
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections
• Track costs, change orders, and timelines to keep projects on target
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and field crews

• Experience in residential construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
