COMPANY INFO:

Our client is a growing high end luxury residential builder who is growing & were voted “Best of Boston” recently. They do restorations and new builds involving high end single family residential projects & townhomes. They work in the general Boston area out to 495 and on the Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Software used to manage projects is ProCore (another software they use is Blue beam).
• Salary range is based on experience
• Bonus based on projects & profitability
• Benefits: They offer medical insurance, dental, 401k. Vacation is 2 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with Procore or a similar construction software; if you know BlueBeam that’s a plus!
• Experience in luxury residential construction as a PM
• Experience working with subcontractors
