Position: Residential Construction Sales 

Responsibilities:
• Visit customer sites to evaluate construction projects and gather necessary information
• Create detailed and accurate written estimates for customers
• Present estimates to customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably with some exposure to the construction industry (experience in construction is not a must but would be beneficial)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
