Your Team Contribution:

As a Residential Coordinator, you are the heart of daily home operations—fostering safety, consistency, and compassion while empowering residents to rebuild their lives. You help maintain the home’s structure, encourage personal responsibility, and contribute to an environment of dignity and respect.

You’ll Be Successful If:

You are passionate about making sure that daily operations run smoothly and there is consistent communication with the team. You are proactive about identifying needs in the home, residents, and schedule.

Resident Support & Oversight:

  • Uphold resident guidelines, daily schedules, and program expectations during assigned shifts.

  • Provide direct support, mentoring, accountability, and encouragement to residents.

  • Facilitate life skills workshops, group sessions, and check-ins.

  • Complete shift and incident reports accurately and promptly.

  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations following safety protocols.

Home Operations:

  • Monitor and maintain the safety, order, and cleanliness of the facility.

  • Oversee logistics for resident transitions (intake, exits, room prep, transportation).

  • Ensure the home is stocked and maintained—groceries, supplies, and repairs.

  • Coordinate with staff and volunteers for appointments, transportation, and activities.

  • Support scheduling and communication of household tasks.

Resident Care & Case Coordination:

  • Assist in implementing individualized care and stabilization plans.

  • Support connections to community resources, referrals, and aftercare services.

  • Participate in case discussions and contribute to care plans.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold program standards.

  • Encourage engagement in spiritual growth and recovery programming.

Team Collaboration & Culture:

  • Participate in team meetings and staff training sessions.

  • Foster healthy, professional relationships with residents and coworkers.

  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding resident progress and home needs.

  • Promote a supportive, faith-based environment conducive to healing.

  • Model organizational values in word and deed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

  • Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and consistency.

  • Teachable, organized, and adaptable with strong initiative.

  • Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

  • Knowledge of substance use and recovery practices.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Successful completion of background check.
