The pay for this position is between $60,450 and $65,960.3276 annually.

HCRS is seeking a leader with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to provide oversight and supervision at our Beekman Therapeutic Community Residence. The dynamic team at Hilltop work to support individuals with mental health and independent living challenges. The Residential Coordinator will be calm, supportive, and motivating. The Residential Coordinator role models professional behavior, provides support to residents, and ensures that staff have what they need to be successful Residential Specialists. Our ideal candidate will have at least an associate's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience. Understanding of milieu dynamics and high level understanding of person-centered approach preferred. The pay for this position is between $60,450 and $65,960.3276 annually.
