• 2nd Shift – Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – Friday–Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

West Chester

• 1st Shift – Friday–Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (3 openings)
• 2nd Shift – Friday–Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2 openings)
• 2nd Shift – Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 2nd Shift – Tuesday–Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Downingtown

• 2nd Shift – Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to individuals in residential programs
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care (as needed)
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Document client activity and progress
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High      school diploma or GED – Required
• Valid      driver's license – Required
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Prior experience in human services or residential care is a plus but not required – we provide training!
