The ACCS Residential Director is an exciting and dynamic role that combines administrative and leadership responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of community-based residential sites for adults facing mental illness and substance use challenges. This position calls for a robust understanding of clinical programming and involves managing a dedicated team, ensuring top-notch service delivery, maintaining a welcoming physical environment, budgeting, and adhering to DMH licensing regulations. You will have the incredible opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement impactful treatment plans, provide consultation on effective rehabilitative strategies, and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
This Residential Director will cover one or more Aspire Residential sites, stepping in for fellow Residential Directors during their absences or when there are vacancies, ensuring continuity of care and support!
Requirements:
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9a-5p. This role includes on-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends, providing you with a varied and fulfilling work experience!
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
