The Residential Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a residential health care facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. Minimum Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or residential setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management.
- Certification in trauma-informed care or similar specialized training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
