Providing coordination and support for all aspects of residential life, both operational and programmatic, the position provides a unique opportunity to promote and foster student development within the College’s student self-governance and Honor Code-based residential living structure. The goal of the position is to build a more robust community-oriented experience for students, encourage co-curricular learning to develop a more holistic student, and foster a high level of safety, satisfaction, and well-being for all residents.
