Responsibilities






What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess electrical and backup power needs
  • Recommend solutions including electrical upgrades, standby generators, surge protection, EV chargers, and related services
  • Prepare and present proposals with clear, professional recommendations
  • Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused sales
  • Follow up on leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Partner with operations and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

 









Qualifications






What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of electrical sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to earn customer trust and provide solutions-based recommendations
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable conducting in-home consultations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CRM experience preferred
