We are looking for a high-performing Residential Exterior Sales Consultant to drive revenue through in-home consultations and project sales. In this role, you will guide customers through the full sales process—from inspection and needs assessment to proposal presentation and contract execution. You will represent roofing, siding, and window replacement services while delivering a consultative, customer-first experience. Success in this position requires strong closing ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage multiple opportunities at once.

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate roofing, siding, and window replacement needs
Perform roof inspections and on-site assessments to identify scope and potential solutions
Develop accurate estimates and customized proposals for homeowners
Present pricing, explain project details, and close sales agreements
Manage follow-ups on inbound leads, referrals, and past customer opportunities
Maintain detailed CRM notes, documentation, and consistent client communication
Coordinate seamless handoff to production and operations teams after contract signing
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Background in residential roofing, siding, windows, or exterior construction sales preferred
Proven success with in-home sales presentations and closing techniques
Comfortable working in the field, including roof evaluations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
Typical annual earnings: $85,000 – $150,000
Top performers: $200,000+ annually
