What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential garage doors and garage door openers


• Perform safety inspections and identify repair or replacement needs


• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners


• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish


• Maintain accurate job information using a company-provided tablet


• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized


• Follow A1 Door Company safety and service standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential garage door service experience


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening


• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Dependable, professional, and motivated


• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
