Are you a natural leader who loves helping others succeed? Work Skills Corporation (WSC) is looking for a Residential Home Supervisor to lead a dedicated team while helping create safe, supportive, and meaningful lives for the individuals we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support residential caregiving staff


• Oversee daily routines, activities, and resident care


• Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are supported


• Handle challenging behaviors


• Work closely with families, staff, agencies, and healthcare professionals


• Assist with hiring, interviewing, scheduling, and staff training


• Maintain accurate documentation and licensing/accreditation requirements


• Manage the home’s budget and resources


• Participate in scheduled on-call support


• Promote WSC’s quality standards and a culture of teamwork
