Residential House Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes & rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• For rental properties you may be required to do laundry, stage furniture, restock essentials, etc.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good condition and utilized efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues identified during cleaning to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleaning standards and customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients' properties.
• Maintain confidentiality of company structure (pay, internal policies, etc.)

• At least 3 years of experience in home cleaning or a related field required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled appointments.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to various client locations (No Ubers, relying on rides, or public transit)
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have a cellphone with data.

Generous Monthly Bonus Structure As Follows:

• Complete 10-14 Jobs With No Major Issues: $50.00
• Complete 15-19 Jobs With No Major Issues: $100.00
• Complete 20+ Jobs With No Major Issues: $150.00
