Position Overview:
The general purpose of the Residential Housing Case Manager role is to provide 1:1 housing navigation support for members residing at TGP’s Elati Village micro-community, a non-congregate shelter specifically serving women and gender expansive individuals exiting street homelessness. The Residential Housing Case Manager will play an essential role in delivering housing navigation support in collaboration with HOST’s Housing Central Command team. The Residential Housing Case Manager will primarily help secure stable housing for Elati Village micro-community members but will be required to provide navigation support at other sites as needed. This position will require a high level of coordination across multiple teams and programs as well as the ability to travel using a personal vehicle throughout the city.
