Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

Interpret and implement installation plans and blueprints accurately.

Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety standards.

Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
