Job Description - Residential HVAC Service and Selling Technician

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service and Selling Technician to join our team in Kernersville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems.

Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on HVAC system upgrades and replacements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting the benefits of new HVAC systems and services.

Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and sales transactions.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Sales experience and the ability to convert leads into sales.-

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

HVAC certification is preferred.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
