This is a full-time, direct placement for Spencer Air Conditioning

Spencer Air Conditioning has been leading the industry for HVAC and Home performance contracting for 60 YEARS in the DFW Metroplex.

We are seeking to hire a self-motivated individual that is a reliable with great customer service skills, as well as an experienced professional Residential and Light Commercial Service/Maintenance Technician for full time employment. Sales experience a plus.

Qualified Technician candidates must be able to:

• Repair, and diagnose various residential HVAC equipment, efficiently.
• Perform electrical and mechanical inspection and maintenance on equipment including preventative maintenance, to ensure peak performance and Customer satisfaction.
• Commercial experience is an added bonus!!
• Maintain truck and keep the inventory well stocked and accounted for
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must have an advanced knowledge of electrical diagnostics and air flow.
• Valid Texas Driver's License, Social Security Card and clean driving record, you must be over 25
• All of the necessary tools of the trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical demands:
• Able to manipulate 50 pounds on a regular basis, push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel and crouch for prolonged periods

Requirements

Experience and Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3+ years of verifiable residential HVAC service experience.
• Must be able to pass a TDLR criminal background check, drug screening.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification NATE Certification a plus.
