Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

·        Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.

·        Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommend solutions.

·        Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.

·        Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.

·        Educate customers on system performance, efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance.

·        Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately.

·        Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.

·        Represent Ted’s with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

·        Minimum of 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.

·        Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

·        EPA certification required.

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
