Residential HVAC Service Technician (Boiler & Oil Experience a Plus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in customers’ homes while delivering top-tier service and clear communication. Experience with boilers and oil-fired systems is a major advantage — but not required if you’re eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems


• Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections


• Diagnose system issues accurately and explain solutions to homeowners


• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and ductwork


• Service and maintain boilers and oil-fired equipment (preferred)


• Maintain clean, organized job sites and complete service documentation


• Deliver professional, friendly customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


• Boiler and oil system experience — huge plus


• EPA Certification (required or ability to obtain)


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and customer service skills
