Assured Comfort Heating & Air, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a few experienced HVAC service technicians to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future and growth.

WE ARE HIRING:  Residential HVAC Service Technicians

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage in residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnosing system issues, performing routine and emergency repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Interacting with customers to explain problems and solutions, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• System inspections, adjustments, and upgrades, while keeping detailed records of service performed.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician - not an apprentice or helper.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Possess strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for resolving complex HVAC issues.
• Able to accommodate a flexible schedule: This includes evenings, weekends, or changes in shift timings.
• Have a Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of experience- not including your Learner's Permit.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening and MVR (driving check) as part of the hiring process.
