Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques. You’ll work directly with homeowners to ensure their comfort systems are operating safely and efficiently, all while upholding the high standards of our family-owned company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on multiple brands of HVAC systems to ensure peak functionality and efficiency.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide customers with solutions to their home comfort problems.


• Coordinate smoothly with team members and engage with clients in a manner that reflects our commitment to 5-star service.


• Follow company safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.


• Accurately document service visits, maintenance work, and inventory usage.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a core understanding of HVAC systems and components.


• EPA Certification


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently while also being able to collaborate with teammates.

• HVAC: 2 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
