About the role



Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for helping customers find the best internet solutions? Ripple Fiber is looking for an enthusiastic Residential Inside Sales Agent to be a key part of our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, guiding them through our innovative fiber internet services and ensuring they receive the best solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:




  • Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, educating them on Ripple Fiber’s high-speed internet services.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized, positive interactions that create lasting impressions.

  • Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our services.

  • Apply active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and drive sales.

  • Assist customers with inquiries beyond sales when needed, always looking for opportunities to transition interactions into sales.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of Ripple Fiber’s products and customer journey to provide expert recommendations.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure data security.

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


 


Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-energy environment.

  • Passion for customer service and sales, with a drive to succeed.
