What You'll Do

As an Installer, you'll work as part of a crew under the direction of a Foreman, performing high-quality renovation and replacement work that reflects the Eby Exteriors brand.

• Install and replace residential exterior and interior components — windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related systems


• Assist with demolition, prep, and cleanup before, during, and after projects


• Follow project plans, scopes of work, and direction from your Foreman or Project Manager


• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively


• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe at all times


• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and jobsite procedures


• Communicate with your Foreman and crew about progress, issues, or material needs


• Handle materials and equipment with care to prevent damage or waste


• Treat homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect


• Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred


• Basic knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices


• Willingness to learn and develop skills in exterior and interior installation systems


• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail


• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions


• Valid driver's license preferred


• OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
