Job Description - Residential Installer Position

Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Location: Timonium, MD

Pay: $30–$40/hour depending on experience

Experience: 3+ years in residential HVAC installs with leadership experience

Availability: Full-time

Start Date: Within 2 weeks

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to join a growing team focused on quality installs and excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for a skilled installer ready to step into a leadership role. You'll take the lead on jobs, support junior team members, and help us deliver clean, code-compliant installations every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and complete residential installs including heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and ductwork

• Manage 1–2 helpers or apprentices on job sites

• Read blueprints and plans, and ensure code compliance

• Coordinate with office and warehouse for job readiness

• Communicate clearly with customers during and after installation

• Ensure install quality meets company and manufacturer standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and submit job reports electronically

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicle and tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong understanding of gas, electric, and refrigeration systems

• Universal EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Must pass background check and drug screen

Requirements
