We are looking for an experienced Generator Electrician (Residential Journeyman) to join our team!

Job Type: Full-time



POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for electrical installations and maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial settings for our home backup power systems (generators). 



Qualifications:



  • Illinois Residential Journeyman Electrician License within 30-days of employment (if you meet the hours, but have not tested, please continue through the application/interview process)

  • Must Be Able to Pass a Background Check and Drug Test

  • At least 3-years experience in Residential Electrical work (preferably installing Generac Home Backup Power Systems)

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record the past 3-years

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be able to lift 70+ pounds and be able to safely handle and work from a ladder.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, primarily first-shift with some later hours and weekends only in emergency situations
Experience:


  • Electrical: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:



  • Illinois Residential Journeyman Electrical License (or ability to test within 30-days of employment)

  • Driver's License 

Work Location: In person
