We are seeking a Landscape Sales Professional to join our team and help homeowners bring their outdoor visions to life. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a passion for residential landscape construction and a proven ability to develop and sell exceptional outdoor spaces.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide a professional, high-end sales experience by engaging with prospective clients to understand their landscape goals, presenting Landscape Design Agreements when needed to establish clear project scope and expectations, and gathering all site specific details, including photos, videos, measurements, and project requirements, for seamless collaboration with design partners.

  • Convert qualified leads into signed projects, taking ownership of the full sales process from first conversation to close.

  • Paint a clear, compelling picture of what the finished landscape will look and feel like, helping clients see and get excited about their own backyard before a shovel hits the ground.

  • Develop accurate, budget aligned cost estimates that reflect project scope and client priorities.

  • Follow up consistently and proactively throughout the sales process, so clients always know where things stand and feel taken care of, not chased or forgotten.

  • Coordinate any necessary permitting requirements with local municipalities.

  • Support our production team by attending site meetings and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations throughout all phases of construction, keeping communication open with the client along the way.




Key Requirements:



  • A proven relationship builder with a portfolio showcasing successful residential landscape projects.

  • A track record of high close rates on qualified leads.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in residential landscape sales, with a track record of success.

  • Knowledge of landscape construction, including best practices for hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, fire features, and more.

  • Plant knowledge, ensuring designs follow the "right plant, right place" principle for Georgia landscapes.

  • Bonus skills:

    • Industry certifications (e.g., GCLP or national certification programs) are highly valued.

    • Experience with Aspire software is a strong advantage, but more importantly, we seek a candidate who can quickly learn and work efficiently within new systems.

Hours/Availability:



  • New client appointments are scheduled during our normal hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. Schedule flexibility will be required to accommodate site meetings for projects in progress. This position does provide a work-from-home benefit.



Wage, Incentives, Benefits:



  • Base pay range between $72,000 and $85,000

  • Team and sales bonus opportunity of up to $60,000, tied to sales milestones and divisional revenue and profit goals
