WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll work on real residential projects across the Dayton area —service upgrades, lighting retrofits, stand-by home generators, pool/hot tub wiring, help brighten customers day “literally” and other residential projects. You will help train/develop apprentices that will be working alongside you. No busywork. You’ll be on meaningful jobs from day one. Let’s go!!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of residential service experience


• 4+ years running a service van


• Proficient with troubleshooting


• Proficiency with NEC and local codes


• Strong desire to help train/develop others


• Ability to positively interact with customers


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
