We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician (intermediate level experience) who takes pride in quality work and wants steady, year-round employment with no seasonal layoffs. Your Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or similar) 
• Shared on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician:

• Performing general plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repairs 
• Completing work orders and inspections using mobile technology 
• Assisting with custodial tasks, trash removal, and groundskeeping 
• Responding to maintenance emergencies when on-call
• Assisting with snow & ice removal in the winter season

Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician include:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Valid driver’s license, Auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Able to use technology and mobile devices to perform daily tasks efficiently
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and perform physical tasks
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
