Allied Reliability is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Madson, WI for 94 units, 6 buildings, built 2018. $55K-$70K.

Must be customer service focused.

2+ years apartment/facilities maintenance preferred.

HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting/appliance repair, strong customer service, preventive maintenance and work orders, valid license and insurance, on-call rotation, ability to lift 75 lbs, RealPage/OneSite familiarity a plus, EPA/CPO certs preferred not required.
