Residential Operations Grounds Support

The Residential Operations Grounds Support professional is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall aesthetic of the exterior areas of a private residence. This includes patios, walkways, outdoor furniture, garages, and utility spaces. The role also provides support to the kitchen and housekeeping teams, contributing to a well-kept, guest-ready home environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, discreet, and capable of working independently in outdoor settings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Exterior & Grounds Maintenance

• Clean and maintain all exterior living spaces, including patios, lanais, decks, and walkways
  
  


• Remove dust, pollen, spiderwebs, leaves, and other debris from surfaces
  
  


• Detail, wipe down, and rearrange outdoor furniture as needed
  
  


• Cover or uncover BBQs, fire pits, and patio furnishings based on occupancy and weather
  
  


• Perform scheduled power washing of stone surfaces, decks, and walkways
  
  


• Clean exterior windows, doors, and ledges
  
  


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in garages, storage areas, and outdoor trash zones
  
  


• Monitor and report issues related to outdoor lighting, irrigation, pest activity, and furniture condition
  
  


• Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as sweeping, light raking, and debris removal
  
  

Housekeeping & Kitchen Support

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen spaces, including prep areas, grills, ovens, floors, and sinks
  
  


• Assist with the setup and breakdown of outdoor meals and private events
  
  


• Support trash disposal and contribute to deep cleaning tasks (e.g., upholstery cleaning, vent maintenance, high dusting)
  
  


• Perform general housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting


• Sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware following meals
  
  


• Operate dishwashing equipment and properly store cleaned items
  
  

General Property Support

• Safely handle, use, and store cleaning supplies and chemicals
  
  


• Conduct routine safety checks and report maintenance concerns promptly
  
  


• Operate utility vehicles and company vans for transport and logistical support
  
  


• Assemble or move furniture and equipment as directed
  
  


• Clean and refuel company vehicles weekly
  
  


• Work professionally and discreetly in the presence of homeowners and guests
  
  


• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
  


• Valid driver’s license required
  
  


• Prior experience in private estates or high-end hospitality environments preferred
  
  


• Proficient in the use of outdoor cleaning equipment (e.g., blowers, pressure washers, ladders)
  
  


• Comfortable performing a combination of outdoor maintenance, kitchen support, and light housekeeping duties
  
  


• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, privacy, and discretion
  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  
  


• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and climbing
  
  


• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, wind, rain, humidity)
  
  


• Exposure to cleaning agents, dust, and pollen
  
  


• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours based on household needs
  
  


• Ability to safely operate utility vehicles
