Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Painter responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering a clean, high-quality final product.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and plastic
- Repair drywall and wood surface imperfections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Transport necessary tools, supplies, and equipment to job sites
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
