Location: Silver Spring, MD 20910

Schedule: 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday, on‑call rotation

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues and deliver effective, professional solutions
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Follow all safety codes and company procedures
• Maintain accurate service records and material usage
• Work independently and collaborate with the team when needed

• Minimally 3 years of residential service plumbing experience (Journeyman preferred)

• WSSC-Licensed Journeyman or Master Gas Fitter or Plumber Preferred or Willing to obtain License
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and gas systems and tools
• Strong communication with homeowners
• Accurate equipment/service recordkeeping
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check

• $40–$50/hr. (Based on skills, license, and experience) plus commissions!
