Residential Program Manager Location: Clatskanie, OR Salary: $55,000–$59,000
As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead, supervise, and inspire a dedicated team in providing high-quality care for individuals with IDD. You’ll oversee daily residential program operations, ensure compliance with Oregon regulations and CAS standards, and promote individual choice, independence, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities of a Residential Program Manager:
Lead and support staff, fostering a positive, respectful, and professional team environment.
Support individuals served with dignity, choice, and respect, promoting independence and social engagement.
Implement and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate communication with families, staff, and external partners, and participate in program development and quality improvement.
Ensure a safe and healthy environment, following all safety protocols and reporting procedures.
Advocate for program goals and implement organizational decisions effectively.
Qualifications for a Residential Program Manager:
Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years’ experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Must pass a national background check
Eligible to become a company driver
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for mobility support
