We are hiring a Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees in delivering high-quality, person-centered supports. What You’ll Do
Program Leadership Provide day-to-day oversight of the home, ensuring consistency in routines, expectations, and service delivery.
Team Development Train, coach, and support employees in best practices, including behavior supports, communication strategies, and daily care.
Service Coordination Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, families, and other partners to ensure coordinated and effective support.
Operations & Compliance Manage scheduling, documentation, and program systems while ensuring compliance with OARs, licensing requirements, and agency policies.
Health & Safety Oversight Maintain a safe environment through regular checks, staff training compliance, and adherence to all safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Experience Background supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or similar settings. Experience with complex behaviors or co-occurring needs preferred.
Education Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
Leadership Skills Able to lead with clarity and accountability while supporting employee growth and team cohesion.
Critical Thinking Able to remain calm, make sound decisions, and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with individuals, employees, and partners.
Organization Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
Requirements Valid Oregon driver’s license (or transferable MVR), ability to pass a DHS background check, and completion of pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience in residential or human services programs.
