The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of one or more residential homes


• Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff


• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements


• Promote a positive home environment that supports independence and personal growth


• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners


• Oversee medication administration, health monitoring, and quality care practices


• Support personal care and activities of daily living as needed


• Manage staffing, scheduling, and after-hours program needs


• On Call Rotation
