Job Description

Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney with an interest in residential real estate law. You'll work on a high volume of closings and gain hands-on experience interfacing with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tactful under pressure, and eager to build a career in a fast-paced, high-efficiency legal setting.

What You’ll Do:



  • Reviewing closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency

  • Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers and sellers

  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia

  • Complete a thorough review of each assigned title search.

  • Hold either a current appointment as a Georgia Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work

  • Must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situation

  • Title curative

Experience You’ll Need:



  • JD from accredited Law School

  • Georgia bar license required

  • One or more years of residential real-estate law experience required. 

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Title review experience
