Job Description - Residential Remodeling - Bags On Superintendent

Are you eager to advance your career in the residential remodeling industry? Do you have previous remodeling experience and are ready to take on more responsibility? We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an entry-level site supervision position.

As a Bags on Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of small remodels, additions, and ground up residential projects. You will lead the on-site crew, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure the work meets specifications, and conduct quality control inspections.

Our goal is to provide a structured career path for your growth and development. You will begin by working under an existing Site Superintendent constructing and managing small remodels with opportunities to progress to larger projects such as additions, ADU’s, and DADU’s. Depending on your interests, you may eventually have the opportunity to become a full Site Superintendent on larger projects or a Floating Superintendent overseeing multiple small projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
Work with the Project Manager to write the project schedule
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years of previous experience in residential construction
Experience reading blueprints
Experience reviewing scopes of work

What We Offer:

$25-40 per hour DOE
2 weeks of PTO

Job Site Locations: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
