Residential Remodeling Projects Measure Person

We are seeking a motivated and skilled 1099 Tradesman to Partner with our 5-Star Team.

Position Overview
This is a 1099/contract position. This position plays a key part in delivering on our promise of a 5-star experience and interacts directly with customers. The 5-Star 1099 Measure Person works in the field taking measurements for new installations of our sold projects (vinyl window replacements and bathroom remodels). Holds the appropriate amount of concern and focus regarding being on time for each measure appointment and submitting measures to installation managers.

Required Skills:
Knowledge and experience in measuring one or both of the following:
     * Vinyl replacement windows and/or bathroom remodels.
Ability to accurately take measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.
Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling.
Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy).
Excellent Customer Service skills. 
Well-organized and on-time for each measure appointment.
Self-starter, efficient, productive, collaborates well with a team.

Qualifications/Education:
5+ years construction experience in the residential remodeling industry with a focus on one or both of the following:
     * Vinyl window replacements
     * Bathroom remodels
5+ years of experience measuring one or both of the following:
     *Vinyl window replacements
     *Bathroom remodels
