Location:Positions available serving the Redmond, Sammamish, Kirkland and Woodinville areas.

About the Role

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Redmond is looking for a Residential Repair Plumber who is professional, dependable, and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience. In this role, you'll serve homeowners throughout the Seattle area, addressing a wide range of residential plumbing issues.

The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber who communicates clearly, shows up on time, and treats every customer’s home with respect. If integrity, punctuality, and customer service are part of who you are—not just your job—we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues, including toilets, water heaters, faucets, leaks, drain problems, water main and whole-home repipes

Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing

Provide courteous, respectful service in every home, every time

Maintain cleanliness and professionalism while on-site

Accurately document work and communicate with dispatch/office

Work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and emergency calls

Drive safely and maintain company vehicle and equipment

What We're Looking For

Washington State PL01 or PL02 License

Minimum 2–3 years of residential plumbing service experience

Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills

A strong commitment to integrity, reliability quality, and on-time performance

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation

Mix of fixed hourly and performance/commission

Compensation: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
