About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Roofer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role is ideal for a professional roofer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, particularly in tile roofing installations. You’ll be working on residential roofing projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair various types of residential roofs, with a focus on tile roofing (clay, concrete, and other materials)
   
• Inspect and prepare roofs for installation, including underlayment, flashing, and ventilation systems
   
• Safely remove old roofing materials when necessary
   
• Maintain clean and safe job sites throughout the project duration
   
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines
   
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs on time and within budget
   
• Identify and address potential issues with roof structure or materials
   

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other roofing systems (shingle, flat, foam, etc.) is a plus
   
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
   
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
   
• Familiarity with local building codes and residential roofing regulations in Arizona

• Proven experience with tile roof systems (installation, repair, replacement)  
• Solid understanding of roofing tools, equipment, and safety protocols  
• Ability to work in Arizona’s outdoor climate and handle physically demanding tasks  
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Chandler and surrounding areas  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on sloped surfaces at heights  
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
