OUTSIDE SALES - aka ROOFING ADVISOR

Location: San Antonio, TX | Status: Full-Time | Pay: $60,000 - $120,000/year

At Bondoc Roofing, our Outside Sales team - we call them Roofing Advisors - get paid to climb rooftops, fly drones, and drive big vans with even bigger personalities.

Yes, you read that right. Drones. Roofs. Views. Sunshine. A 15-passenger van you can borrow for your next road trip. And breakfast tacos with the team? That's just a Tuesday.

Here's What You GET To Do (yep, get):

• Fly drones over beautiful San Antonio homes
• Climb roofs and soak in the best views in the city
• Drive a decked-out company van - or take the Bondoc Bus on your next family getaway
• Indulge in team breakfasts and lunches on us (because food = fuel and love)
• Use cool tech like iPads and digital contracts
• Actually have fun while earning serious commissions

Compensation & Perks:

• Training Pay: $1k (week 1), Inspection Pay (rest of training)
• $500 / $500 for the rest of training (11 weeks)
• Commission-only or base + commission - your choice
• Year 1: $60K-$80K | Year 2: $80K-$120K
• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle + fuel
• Company iPad, phone number, and drone
• 401(k) with company match
• Insurance Reimbursement Program

• Help homeowners understand their roof needs with confidence
• Shoot the pics, jot the notes, lock it in!
• Hand off to our stellar production team
• Be the face of Bondoc—show up sharp and ready.

Who You Are:

• A people person who isn't afraid of heights or hustle
• Driven, team-spirited, and hungry to win—without losing the fun
• You embrace growth, navigate tech with ease, and stay focused on results.
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Physically able to walk on roofs and lift up to 50 lbs
