Residential Sales Consultant

We’re hiring a Residential Sales Consultant to drive in-home sales for exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, siding, windows, and related upgrades. This role focuses on homeowner consultations, estimating, and closing residential projects while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and exterior inspections
• Assess project scope and recommend exterior remodeling solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts for residential projects
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and scheduled appointments to close sales
• Coordinate project handoff with production and operations teams
• Maintain accurate sales notes, documentation, and customer communication

• Experience in residential construction, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Comfortable performing exterior inspections and working in the field
• Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional, customer-focused approach
