Residential Sales Executive

We are a fast-growing, reputable roofing company seeking a motivated, outgoing Residential Roofing Sales Executive to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, qualify, and close residential roofing leads (provided and self-generated).


• Conduct roof inspections and accurately assess damage and repair needs.


• Present solutions to homeowners using professional proposals and presentations.


• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion.


• Represent the company with honesty, professionalism, and high energy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, home improvement preferred).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.


• Self-starter attitude with excellent time management.


• Ability to climb ladders and roofs for inspections (training provided).


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
